With more than a decade of experience in executive search, Anders advises leading global law firms on senior-level hiring, strategic practice build-outs and cross-border growth. He has established a track record across the US, Europe and Middle East, working with firms on partner and team moves that strengthen priority practices, enter new markets and support long-term growth strategies.
His work is concentrated across the major transactional and financial markets. Increasingly, his practice is focused on the US legal market, advising firms on growth initiatives across key financial and commercial centres and helping build practices around both established and emerging areas of client demand.
